- I've been a designer for longer than some of you have been alive. I have now started a new page of my career, closing my firm and designing furniture, as well as writing decorating books. So glad your foot is feeling better. Mine feel worse after a walk on the beach. This growing old is not easy...good thing we are tough!

I'm home with the quadrupeds today because the beautiful Miss Tallulah is sick. She was sick, but in the same manner as your foot, she is not sick anymore. I'm waiting for leftovers and reading stray blogs, feeling pretty sorry for myself.
I'm not really feeling sorry for myself, it just seemed like I should. I'm actually pretty okay about not going to the in-laws. Imagine that.
