Great sunroom, Betsy! We are downsizing in the next few weeks to a condo with a similar sunroom. I've never had one before so I'm not sure how I'm going to furnish it yet, but I'm looking forward to figuring it out!
Somehow I missed the dining room project...they both turned out fantastic! I love seeing how you accessorize the spaces. Great pics showing all the steps you took Betsy. That sunporch was the biggest transformation~and I think the peacock chair is great too.

Janet, I don't know what French welting is. Instead of a welt, I used a small flange.
