I just found you through Amy's blog and I've become instantly smitten ~ your living room that she featured is truly outstanding! Can't wait to get to know you better thru your new blog!
Oh...I'll have to ask Amy what she didn't like. Welcome to the blogging world. You will love it. Amy is my BBFF! So I know ALL about you! Love the photos of your home she showed today. I can't wait to see more. I love that chandelier in the dining room. I've wanted one like that for a long time. I'll be anxious for all your future posts.
I am new to writing comments so maybe I should provide my e-mail for you to respond or possibly you respond here. I don't know how to create a profile so you know who wrote on your blog.
Lol....I've been following the story on Amy's blog, but sweet as she is, she only mentioned how truly amazing your living room is. Ps...your comment about her 25 million mirrors was priceless. If she has 25 million, I have 30 million. Congrats on your new blog...happy to follow. Stacy @ www.conspicuous style.com
Do tell??? What didn't she like?? I for one find that very hard to believe *winks* LOVE everything that you do! And I would be follower # twen-tay.....Vanna
Welcome Betsy! George and I have been enamoured with the Florida Cottage and can't wait to see more. It is a fantasy of ours to do exactly what you have undertaken. We travel to the west coast of Florida (St. Petes & Indian Rocks)every year and see all the potential in so many neglected little cottages. Maybe one day. Hope you enjoy your blogging experience. Lucky you, a day with AMY! I am hoping that she may make it to Brimfield this September so I can meet her. I will check in often to see what you are up to!
I've been a designer for longer than some of you have been alive. I have now started a new page of my career, closing my firm and designing furniture, as well as writing decorating books. Some of you may be familiar with my work over the years by seeing me in magazines. I tend to think that I'm funny, so please read my postings with a grain of salt thrown in for flavor. My spelling is atrocious, so I am refusing any responsibility for spell check right here and now. I hope anyone reading this will enjoy the pictures, info and humor.

I agree with Stephanie, I love your living room and your style decorating. Did you make your slipcovers? Do you have someone you could recommend?

Aside from your sense of style, you have me wanting to come back and read more because of the way you write. Love me some wit!
